We are hiring a Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Portuguese Speaking) for an exciting opportunity in Cape Town. This role is suited to someone with solid 2nd line support experience and a strong background across desktop support, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and infrastructure support, with the ability to support Portuguese-speaking users effectively.

Your Key Job Responsibilities

You'll be involved in troubleshooting escalated incidents, supporting users across Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, VMware, Intune, and backup technologies, while working in a business-critical and highly regulated setting.

Requirements for this role

We're looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication in Portuguese and English, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
