  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to enhance team engagement.
  • Manage interdependencies between agile teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Partner with Product Owners to support release planning and maintain a well-organized backlog.
  • Develop and implement testing plans to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Participate in the end-to-end process for introducing new components or enhancements to existing modules.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Scrum.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
