- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to enhance team engagement.
- Manage interdependencies between agile teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Partner with Product Owners to support release planning and maintain a well-organized backlog.
- Develop and implement testing plans to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in the end-to-end process for introducing new components or enhancements to existing modules.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Expert proficiency in Scrum.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
