What You'll DoYou're the go to person for advice and you excel in empathetic, people service industries. You have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. In this role you will own the resolution of escalated or complex customer calls related to diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.
During a Typical Day, You'll- Answer incoming communications with sincere empathy from customers in diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Work hours that support U.S. customers; shifts may end as late as midnight local time.
- High school diploma or NQF Level 4.
- A high degree of patience and empathy with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Attentive listening skills and the ability to display understanding, sincere compassion and empathy toward customers while addressing their concerns.
- Willingness to lead by example and collaborate with your team to contribute to the overall success of the program.
- Solution oriented mindset to ensure happy customers.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies, and proficiency in using computer software and tools to support various tasks.

You will report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall team.
