ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a driven Sales Representative with a passion for building strong client relationships and growing market share?

A well-established and respected company within the building materials industry is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to maximise sales opportunities within the assigned area.

This role focuses on increasing sales visibility, driving market share growth, and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Maximise sales opportunities within the designated area
  • Develop and implement market share growth plans
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure strong sales visibility within the region
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience (building industry advantageous)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or a Building-related field (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's license with vehicle pre-approval
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in English and one other official language
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and relationship-focused
