Job Description

Intro:

A dynamic and growing merchandising solutions company specializing in sales, brand activation, and in-store visibility. We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow the brand presence in key markets.

Main job function
  • Represent and promote the brand across assigned territories.
  • Secure new business by prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new outlets.
  • Maintain and grow sales volumes in existing accounts.
  • Ensure product availability, listing, visibility, and correct merchandising in all stores.
  • Execute promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Qualifications
  • Matric and Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous).
  • Minimum 1-3 years' sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and sales reporting tools
