Key Responsibilities 1. Exceptional Brand Representation
  • Greet every customer with a professional, high-energy approach.
  • Act as a brand storyteller, presenting product features into meaningful benefits for the shopper.
  • Provide expert guidance that empowers customers to make confident, informed purchases.
2. Drive Sales & Market Engagement
  • Master the art of "active listening" to uncover what a customer truly needs.
  • Maximize basket value by intelligently suggesting complementary items and upgrades.
  • Meet and exceed daily engagement targets to support overall business growth.
3. Product Expertise & Strategy
  • Develop a deep, "expert-level" understanding of our entire product range.
  • Stay updated on inventory changes and market trends to provide real-time advice.
  • Communicate complex product details in a way that is simple, engaging, and persuasive.
4. Conflict Resolution & Professionalism
  • Handle inquiries and objections with empathy, patience, and a "solution-first" mindset.
  • Turn challenging interactions into positive brand experiences through effective problem-solving.
5. Collaborative Teamwork
  • Sync with teammates to ensure the store environment remains tidy, organized, and high-energy.
  • Contribute to a culture of shared success, supporting team-wide goals and initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
  • Identification: Valid RSA ID or Passport (with valid work permit).
  • Age: 18-35 years old (Youth Development focus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English with a natural ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
