We're hiring a top tier New Business Sales Hunter - someone who thrives on targets, owns the cold outreach process, and consistently closes high value deals Sandton
This is a pure new business role focused entirely on revenue generation. If you're energised by creating opportunities (not waiting for them), this is for you.
What We're Looking For- 5-10+ years proven B2B sales experience
- A track record of originating new business from cold outreach
- Strong experience selling high value, complex solutions (not transactional)
- Comfortable engaging senior decision makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Procurement, CEOs)
- Experience in industries such as:
- SaaS / Technology
- Media / Advertising
- AV / Events
- Telecom / Office Automation
- Corporate solution sales
- Highly self motivated with a hunter mentality
- Resilient, persistent, target driven
- Strong commercial instinct and closing ability
- Actively hunt and secure new business via cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Open doors with corporates, agencies, brands, and government entities
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline
- Sell high value, solution based offerings including:
- TV commercials
- Corporate videos
- Live events & audio visual solutions
- Branded content
- AI driven content creation
- Understand client needs and convert them into commercially viable solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed quotations
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
This role is not for:
- Account managers
- Campaign coordinators
- Marketing specialists
- Professionals relying on inbound leads
This is a pure hunter role.
