Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled in building client relationships and driven to achieve sales targets. Candidate will play a key role in promoting their properties, engaging with international and local clients and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

- Focused on growth and achieving sales targets.
- Develops and maintains good relationships with key clients, tour operators, travel agents and DMC's.
- Assist with the research and establishment of a sales plan to increase the revenue, bednights and ADR for the properties.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Customer training.
- Comfortable handling the full sale cycle from cold calling to confirmation of booking.
- Contract negotiation, implementation and administration.
- Ensure contracts are renewed for existing clientele.
- Cross sell properties within the Company Portfolio to increase the revenue for the group and grow market share.
- Integrated approach and effective communication to relevant stakeholders both internal and external to improve the service offering.
- Account Management - Develop a clear understanding of each client's requirements and utilize the information to retain and grow business.
- Host site inspections and FAM trips where necessary.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, networking events and industry functions.
- Customer presentations and training, online and in person.
- Integrated collaborative approach working with all stakeholders.
- Administration.
- Utilize CRM tools or filing systems to retain information and grow understanding and build upon the database.
- Prepare reports on competitors, trends and sales activities and monitor results monthly, as well as on request. Assist with preparing reports for the board.

SalaryR - R gross per month depending on experience.
Required Qualifications- A recognized Sales Qualification is ideal
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
- Must have own laptop and good internet connection.
- Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally when required.
- Experience in working with Tour Operators, DMC's, Travel Agents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal competencies and presentation skills.
- Results oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Efficient in time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to interact, and work with multiple stakeholders to achieve service and departmental goals.
- A good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgets.
- Excellent computer literacy. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
