Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on warm leads to promote telecom products and services to individual customers.
- Qualify prospects through consultative conversations and identify customer needs.
- Maintain high daily activity volume using CRMs and dialers (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Educate potential customers on telecom plans, offers, and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Book appointments or close introductory-level sales depending on campaign structure.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Track and report pipeline activities and lead status updates.
- 1+ year of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or outbound call centers within the Telecoms industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
