Responsibilities Prospect & Identify: Research and identify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Engage: Initiate meaningful connections with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and qualify leads. Analyze & Strategize: Assess companies for fit and tailor outreach strategies to maximize engagement. Schedule & Facilitate: Arrange high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients. Pipeline Development: Maintain and expand your personal pipeline, consistently meeting activity and quality targets. Follow-Up: Reconnect with prospects who previously expressed interest but did not convert, keeping opportunities alive. Collaborate: Partner with Account Executives to transition leads into deals and work closely with the SDR Manager to align with team goals. Report & Reflect: Track and report progress on activities, targets, and key metrics to management, refining strategies based on outcomes.
