Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales within the hospitality sector by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Reporting Structure- 1st Line Report: Sales Manager
- 2nd Line Report: General Manager
- Matric
- A tertiary qualification in Sales will be advantageous
- Code EB valid driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle (to be used for business purposes)
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience within a hospitality environment
- Experience in a similar industry will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and fully conversant in English
- Strong computer literacy
- Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales
- Ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
- High energy levels and self-motivation
- Disciplined, professional, and presentable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to work after hours when required
- Identify new business opportunities to grow market share
- Grow existing customer accounts by introducing new products
- Contribute positively toward achieving individual and team sales targets
- Act as a professional ambassador for the brand
- Participate in sales initiatives and projects aimed at increasing revenue
