Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Sell approved products and services telephonically to potential customers
- Achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets
- Adhere to all Quality Assurance and Compliance processes to minimize business risk
- Ensure all sales interactions align with company standards and customer experience expectations
- Maintain optimal operational efficiency based on productivity measures
- Adapt to changing business requirements, campaigns, and operational needs
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay updated with product knowledge, campaign updates, and training material
- Continuously develop industry knowledge through self-learning
- Work within structured call centre scripts and processes
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an outbound sales call centre environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of outbound call centre operations and sales processes
- Knowledge of customer service principles within a sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Fluency in English and at least one other South African official language
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Fully computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
- Willingness to work overtime to achieve targets
