A24 Group is a well-established, internationally operating staffing business with a proven track record since 1996. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a hungry, resilient, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join us at our Cape Town office.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be at the forefront of growing our client base through proactive outbound sales. Your day-to-day will include:
- Cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation to drive new business
- Researching and identifying potential clients across the healthcare and staffing sectors
- Building and maintaining a structured, healthy sales pipeline
- Conducting needs analyses and presenting tailored A24 Group staffing solutions
- Scheduling and attending virtual sales meetings to pitch services and close deals
- Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, call volumes, and conversion KPIs
- Logging all activity accurately in our CRM and internal systems
- Handing over new accounts to our Account Management team with a thorough client brief
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Ideally Matric / Grade 12 (a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is a plus)
- 1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding cold calling and new business targets
- Confident, professional telephone manner with strong verbal and written English
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and objection handling
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a bonus
- Healthcare or staffing industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and driven by results
