Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa on a full time basis.

• Manage existing accounts and orders as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Answer leads and negotiate prices, volume and contract terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve commercial, technical and financial objections.
• Manage existing orders and follow up on payments.
• Represent the company's brand to existing and new accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and external regulations.

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of sales experience in the solar industry.
• Sales experience within the Africa region or equivalent international exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (SAP and Dynamics) is advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools or chatbots is highly advantageous.

• Ability to work autonomously with high flexibility and reliability under pressure.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

Fluency in English.
