Our Client is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving profitability targets.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years retail experience
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory / management role
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales management

• Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
• Supervise, train, and manage store employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal requirements
• Monitor store expenses and control costs within budgetMaintain accurate reports and operational records
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
