Retail Branch Manager - Silverlakes PTA East Branch, Gauteng

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet financial targets
• Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory
• Analyzing sales reports and market trends to forecast future needs and identify growth opportunities
• Customer Service
• Managing Employees and Branch operations
• Managing Stock Control
• Handling the administrative and managerial duties

• Previous management exposure in Automotive, Engineering, Tools and Machinery and Hardware environment
• Experience in Retail Branch Procedures (preferred)
• Technical knowledge in DIY or Hardware environment (additional advantage)
• Senior Certificate (minimum requirement)

• Salary: Negotiable with benefits available
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
