Job Description

East London restaurant looking for a talented RM with a love of low-intervention wines, cocktails & seasonality. There's a real vibe to this place!

30th April, 2026

We really enjoy working with this group and were lucky to be involved in building their opening team. A year on, they're now looking for an upbeat, passionate, and talented manager to join them.

There's genuine flexibility in what this role can look like. As a people-focused group, they like to shape positions around individuals who will thrive within the business.

Management experience is essential, and ideally you'll love and have great knowledge for cocktails, enjoy bar management whilst also being a capable & confident leader on the floor.

This produce-driven East London spot has gone from strength to strength. Cocktails sit alongside a low-intervention wine list, and with an incredible open kitchen and slick restaurant fit out, this progressive restaurant group really is becoming a firm favourite in the industry, as well as a must-visit on many people's lists.

They're open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, offering a great balance of shifts, with Sundays always off.
