Reservations Specialist
Job Description
RealNZ are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help our guests from all over the world create memories that last a lifetime.
As Reservations Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you'll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality.
Experience and Skills- At least 1 year reservations experience (online, phone and email) within the tourism industry
- Sales software (e.g. FareHarbor) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Numerical competency
- Computer skills, including MS programs (Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
