• Minimum 3 years agency and admin experience.
• Knowledge of Southern Africa important to sell these adventure tours to foreign agents.
• Own transport essential.
• Excellent proficiency in Word / Excel / Outlook
• Accuracy very important and good manner in dealing with agents

Kiboko Adventures, a well-established Overland Tour Operator, is looking for a Reservations Assistant for their Cape Town office to manage Overland tours of Southern Africa. The role is full time, handling foreign agents wanting to book our tours, sending documentation, booking extras, preparing client documents, passenger lists and general office admin work.
