A fast-growing BPO company in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader. In this fully remote role, you will manage multiple client accounts and a team of remote agents. You will be responsible for monitoring agent performance, coaching staff, and communicating with US clients. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience in a BPO environment, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to time management. Flexibility to work US hours is advantageous.
