We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Accurately capture and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information
  • Meet individual service targets including response times and customer satisfaction scores
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
  • Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Matric certificate required; relevant customer service qualification is advantageous

Salary: R25,000/month 100% Remote
