Job Description

AnyVan is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to provide fast paced, high quality support across phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, focusing on retention and positive customer relationships.
  • Keep waiting times short, answer queries quickly, and achieve first time resolution where possible.
  • Use active listening and questioning skills to assess, manage, and resolve queries.
  • Escalate complex or high risk issues promptly and keep all parties fully informed.
  • Maintain accurate customer communication records and data in the appropriate systems.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile.
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with IT packages, especially G Suite, and digital services.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Strong adaptability, multitasking, and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding and following processes and instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Bias to action and proven track record of getting things done at a high tempo.
  • Comfortable commuting to the office and working within the specified shift patterns.
  • Alignment with the company values.
