Contract 4-29 May for R49,523 before tax.
Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Normal business hours.
This role sits between concept and execution - bridging the gap between initial creative direction and final rollout.
While rollout is part of the function, the role is more layered in practice. You will be involved in shaping campaign thinking, developing visual directions (often from limited inputs), and translating ideas into cohesive, channel-specific outputs.
This is not a pure production or extension role. It requires a hybrid mindset - someone who can step into ambiguity, problem-solve creatively, and carry work across multiple stages of development.
Role PurposeTo support and strengthen campaign delivery by:
- Building out creative work where direction is incomplete or evolving
- Translating ideas into clear, executable visual systems
- Ensuring consistency and quality across channels
- Plugging gaps between strategy, concept, and execution
- Contribute to campaign thinking and help shape presentation narratives
- Develop visual directions where limited or no clear creative exists
- Interpret loose concepts and translate them into strong, coherent design systems
- Step into projects at different stages and provide creative direction where needed
- Solve for gaps in thinking, structure, or visual clarity
- Bring consistency and cohesion across fragmented or evolving workstreams
- Carry creative work through into multiple channel outputs (digital, social, OOH, etc.)
- Adapt and refine designs while maintaining creative integrity
- Ensure work is production-ready and aligned across formats and platforms
- Translate campaign ideas into practical, platform-specific executions
- Ensure work holds up across different environments and touchpoints
- Bridge the gap between concept decks and real-world application
This role is:
- A hybrid between art direction, build-out, and rollout
- A problem-solving role within the creative process
- A bridge between idea and execution
This role is not:
- Pure rollout / resizing / extension work
- A role where everything is fully resolved upfront
- Limited to production only
- Strong visual thinker with solid art direction ability
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete briefs
- Able to move fluidly between conceptual thinking and execution
- Experienced in building out campaigns across multiple channels
- Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of how work translates across platforms
- Proactive and adaptable - able to plug gaps where needed
