Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for finding and hiring suitable candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. This role includes advertising vacancies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting managers throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter also ensures that candidates have a positive and professional experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advertise job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Source and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Keep accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner to potential candidates.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred).
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
Performance Measures
  • Time taken to fill open positions.
  • Quality and suitability of placed candidates.
  • Overall candidate satisfaction.
Salary Range

R6,000 - R8,000 per month
