Join a dynamic real estate team managing a 3,000-unit manufactured housing portfolio across the Midwest and Florida. Drive lead conversion through rapid response and relationship building, focusing on inbound and outbound sales opportunities. Schedule property showings and nurture prospects in a fast-paced, lead-heavy environment. Work with established platforms like while developing your own lead sources. Partner with onsite teams who handle deal closings while you focus on the sales pipeline.

We're seeking a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who excels at building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse prospects. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments with high lead volumes, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and maintains a revenue-focused mindset that drives measurable sales impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond rapidly to inbound sales leads from platforms like and other sources
  • Generate and develop outbound sales opportunities through self-sourced prospecting activities
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite property showings for qualified prospects across the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants throughout the sales process
  • Track and optimize lead conversion rates to maximize revenue impact and pipeline performance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
  • Documented professional experience within the U.S. real estate industry.
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills, including phone, text, and email follow-up.
  • Proven ability to manage and process high-volume sales lead workflows.
  • Ability to independently schedule and coordinate property showing appointments.
  • Experience working with both company-provided and self-generated sales leads.
  • Availability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.
  • Some college coursework completed or an associate-level credential preferred.
  • Willingness to complete organization-provided software platform training.
