Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the Quality Plan and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Allocate and supervise Quality Control personnel and inspection activities.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and documentation are completed and maintained according to applicable standards and project specifications.
• Verify qualifications of welders, NDT technicians, and inspection personnel.
• Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Control welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding consumables.
• Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and quality records.
• Act as Welding Coordinator in line with company QMS and ISO 3834 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, legal, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the Quality Control Department.
• Ensure all QC processes and documentation meet client and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve contractor and subcontractor quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and achievement of company quality objectives.

Knowledge & Experience

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of relevant welding and fabrication standards (AWS, ASME, ISO).
• Understanding of NDT methods (MT, PT, RT, UT).
• Familiarity with fabrication processes, including welding and cutting.
