QA Tester - Telecom (Order Management & ServiceNow)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in the Telecom domain, particularly in Order Management systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing and working knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework). The role involves functional, integration, and regression testing across telecom workflows and service fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities- Perform functional and integration testing for Telecom Order Management systems
- Validate end-to-end order lifecycle (Order Capture, Provisioning, Activation, Billing integration)
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Conduct testing in ServiceNow modules and workflows
- Create and maintain ATF test scripts within ServiceNow
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions
- Support UAT and production validation activities
- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong experience in Telecom domain, specifically in Order Management systems
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing
- Working knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow
- Good understanding of telecom business processes (Order to Activate lifecycle)
- Experience in API testing and integration testing
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data validation
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
