We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience across automation, performance, and security testing for enterprise-scale platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, quality-focused, and confident operating within structured governance models aligned to the company's Quality Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and maintain automation test suites across enterprise applications and integrations.

  • Conduct performance, load, and security testing to validate system resilience and compliance.

  • Drive end-to-end regression testing and support UAT cycles, ensuring alignment with the company's Quality Plan standards.

  • Validate integration points, SLAs, and service behaviours across APIs, middleware, and enterprise platforms.

  • Analyse defects, conduct root cause investigations, and ensure clear, actionable reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

  • Ensure testing documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant with enterprise governance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA frameworks, tools, and automation pipelines.

Minimum Requirements
  • ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced).

  • 6+ years' experience in QA and software testing within large enterprise environments.

  • Proven experience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).

  • Experience with performance/security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Burp Suite, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of integration testing, API validation, SLAs, and non-functional testing.

  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or DevOps environments.

  • Ability to produce high-quality test artefacts and manage complex regression packs.
