Job Purpose: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of projects and ongoing maintenance operations at a client site. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of electrical, control and instrumentation systems, successful delivery of site based projects, and strong client relationship management in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving cross functional teams toward meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• N Diploma/B Degree in Electrical Engineering (Compulsory)
• N Diploma/B Degree in Project Management (Advantage)
• Project Management accreditation (SACPCMP and/or PMP)
• ECSA Pr. Eng / Pr. Tech Eng (Advantage)

• 7-10 years' experience in electrical engineering and project management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing large-scale electrical programs
• Experience in managing cross functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in site based operations and maintenance environments
• Proven experience managing client contracts and SLAs

• PLC programming, SCADA and HMI systems
• Control & Instrumentation systems
• Preventative and predictive maintenance systems
• Commissioning and fault finding of electrical systems
• Diesel generators and backup power systems
