An experienced Production Manager is required to lead and oversee all production activities within a welding and industrial manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for achieving delivery targets, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and managing workforce performance.

Requirements
  • Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
  • SAIW or IIW Level 1 Welding Inspector Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or production management role
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial production environment
  • Knowledge of quality standards and ISO requirements (including ISO 3834)
  • Experience managing order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and production targets
  • Workforce management experience, including performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Strong understanding of health and safety compliance in a production environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
  • Refrigeration experience advantageous
