Job Description

Our client is a multinational generics company and is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their Key Accounts Division.

This is a strategic role suited to a commercially astute product manager who can drive sustainable growth across complex therapeutic portfolios while partnering closely with sales, key customers, and internal stakeholders.

The role

Reporting to the Key Accounts Divisional Head, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, brand stewardship, and commercial performance of assigned product portfolios within the key accounts environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyse market dynamics, competitors, and customer insights to inform product strategy
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and customer experiences
  • Drive portfolio growth through effective planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Work closely with sales teams to align strategies at primary and secondary sales levels
  • Manage and coordinate conferences and key industry engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor brand performance, reputation, and customer engagement
  • Use data and insights to guide decision making and optimise outcomes
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment across all marketing and commercial activities
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical advantageous
  • 5-10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (Sales Management experience advantageous)
  • Mandatory experience in Cardiovascular, Neuroscience and Diabetes portfolios
  • Strong commercial, financial, and budgeting acumen
  • Detailed track record of successful sales initiatives advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and strategically minded
  • Ability to work effectively in cross functional, matrix environments
  • Strong digital literacy (MS Office)
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally
