Our client is looking for a Print Production Manager in Johannesburg to lead high-volume print operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, cost control, and strong team performance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily print production to meet targets and deadlines.
- Oversee equipment performance, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure strict quality control and production consistency.
- Control inventory, materials, and reduce waste.
- Lead, train, and manage a large production team.
- Relevant qualification in production, manufacturing, or similar.
- Proven experience in print or manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing large teams in high-volume operations.
- Strong knowledge of print processes and machinery.
- Solid understanding of cost control and operational management.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- High attention to detail and quality focus.
- Problem solving and decision making ability.
