We are currently looking for a person who is detailed and naturally process driven to join our client's successful Pre press team. Reporting directly to the Pre Press Manager, this role will see you liaising closely with all internal stakeholders to maintain a high level of performance delivery of jobs to production. You will be met with constant deadlines in a fast paced & performance driven environment. Daily communication with line manager with the ability to work within tight deadlines is essential; we are looking for the successful applicant to possess a high level of concentration, take the lead when required with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Studio pre press functions.
  • Maintenance and development of studio processes and systems.
  • Working from and understanding production schedules.
  • Monitor workflow queues and user based permissions.
  • Safely and effectively operates and maintain proofing equipment.
Experience / Skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the creative production processes (print and digital).
  • Ability to work well under pressure, deadline driven ability to manage own time.
  • Results orientated and pro active with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of folding patterns/finishing process.
  • Knowledge of imposition forms, imposition software.
  • Knowledge of prepress software and QC processes.
  • Previous use of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Mac literate.
