Play Area Attendant

The Play Area Attendant's ultimate goal of all employees is to deliver excellent customer service, creating a unique experience for the guest which makes them want to return; you should be positive, loyal and a proud ambassador of the Wonderdal Brand.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the supervision of children indoors and outdoors are always adequate
  • Having knowledge of the program and effectively communicating activities in different areas
  • Helping children discover new interests by introducing them to science and life skills
  • Being energetic and motivated to engage with children and their parents
  • Being able to motivate a child to participate in the offered activities
  • Making sure that the program is suitable to the child's developmental age and develop the social, intellectual, cultural and physical abilities of each child.
  • To make sure children with special needs are adequately catered for and the program allows them maximum participation in all activities
  • To work with the Manager on Quality Improvement and meeting all Child Care Regulations.
  • Regularly check resources and maintenance needs and report these to the Manager
  • In conjunction with the Manager ensure that the Centre is left clean, tidy and secure each day
  • Any other duties as required by the Manager
