Position: Junior Site Manager School Leaver

Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team for restocking.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Assist in conducting quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards.
  • Participate in scheduling and planning production activities.
  • Support senior management in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Liaise with maintenance team to address equipment issues.
  • Report operational or safety concerns to senior management.
  • Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
