Purpose of the Position:

The Jnr Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and delivery of precast concrete and structural projects. This role bridges the gap between project administration and active site/production management by monitoring project timelines, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining direct communication with clients to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.

• Grade 12 qualification
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 2-3 years' working experience within the building/construction industry, with a preferred focus on precast concrete products, hollow core slabs, or structural elements.
• Project Tracking: Proven experience in project coordination, milestone tracking, and basic resource allocation.
• Drawing Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in reading and interpreting Architectural, Structural, and Measurement Drawings. Familiarity with Revit or production drawings is a distinct advantage.
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel for tracking, Word, and Outlook). Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) is preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English (Speak, Read & Write) with excellent professional communication skills.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver license.
