Job Description
The Fleet Administrator is responsible for the compliant administration and coordination of the company's vehicle fleet. The role includes scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance, tracking vehicle availability, and ensuring that the required number of fleet vehicles are operational at all times to support business operations.

- Grade 12
- Computer literate in MS Office (intermediate or advanced Excel required)
- Excellent planning, problem solving, and organizing skills
- Effective communication in English (read, write, speak)
- Minimum 2-3 years' fleet administration experience, preferably with a mechanical / technical background
- Valid RSA driver's license
- Organized, trustworthy, and detail oriented
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to work overtime when and if needed during the week and on weekends
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Working hours: 05:30 - 15:00
