Our client in Sedibeng is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes, attendance systems, and employee records while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary administration.
Qualifications- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of NBC processes and requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Manage payroll input, processing, and payslip distribution.
- Administer attendance and IQ Tech clocking system.
- Handle payroll queries, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Manage leave applications, balances, and NBC submissions.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with payroll procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Effective communication with staff and management.
