Key Responsibilities and Duties: 
- Customer Service: Assisting internal (service technicians) and external customers in identifying and purchasing parts, handling inquiries and complaints.
- Supplier Relations: Developing relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely, accurate, and efficient ordering.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
