PART-TIME VIOLIN TEACHER
To commence: 21 July 2026
Rustenburg Girls' Junior School is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Violin Teacher to join its vibrant Music Department from 21 July 2026.
The department is a distinctive and dynamic space that embraces innovation, creativity, and growth, and plays an important role in nurturing a love of music among young learners. This independent contracted position, dependent on learner numbers, is anticipated to be approximately 3 or 5 days per week, with potential for growth within the programme.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills- Hold a recognised music qualification or equivalent teaching experience.
- Show a genuine passion for developing the violin programme within the school environment.
- Inspire and nurture a love of music in young learners.
- Demonstrate excellence in violin teaching across a range of levels.
- Prepare students for performances, assessments, and examinations as required.
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and professional Music Department team.
- Have proven success in teaching violin to primary-aged learners.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
- Show commitment to the ethos and values of Rustenburg Girls' Junior School.
