Job Description

Minimum Requirements
  • Completed Masters/M. Tech (or PhD preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years lecturing/facilitation experience in the industry.
Additional Recommendations
  • Lecturing experience at a University of Technology or similar.
  • Own PC/Laptop with high quality microphone and webcam for virtual lectures.
  • Strong, stable internet connection for online facilitation.
  • Experience designing digital literacy, online netiquette, and end user computing courses and adapting them to industry needs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of online netiquette and digital literacy.
Summary of Duties
  • Teach and facilitate the Netizen Programme Short Courses at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels targeting industry participants.
  • Develop and curate course content.
  • Assist student queries and provide guidance where necessary.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Demonstrate competency in digital communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Zoom, and LMS.
  • Provide mentorship and consultation for students.
