Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paid Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our digitalacquisition efforts. This role will assist with campaign execution, creativecoordination, performance tracking, and tasks to support marketing initiativesacross St. George's University, Rocky Vista University, and other Medforthinstitutions. This position is ideal for an early-career digital marketerseeking hands-on experience in paid media, and marketing operations within adynamic, mission-driven team. You'll work closely with internal marketingleads, creative teams, and agency partners to ensure campaigns arewell-coordinated, on time, and data informed. This Paid Media Coordinator willfocus on RVU and International media support. Medforth Group, also known as Medforth Global HealthcareEducation, is a portfolio company focused on healthcare education. We arebacked by several large financial firms. Medforth's flagship education assetsare St. George's University and Rocky Vista University. Medforth's institutionsare the single largest supplier of new doctors into U.S. residencies each year. We have a higher purpose of addressing the global physician shortage, which isparticularly acute in the United States.

- Cross-Team Support & Administration
- Supportthe setup and coordination of digital ad campaigns across channels: GoogleAds, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic Display, and Audio.
- Maintaincreative asset trackers; manage deadlines, asset versioning, andtrafficking coordination with internal and agency teams.
- Assistwith QA of ad copy, targeting parameters, and final campaign builds toensure accurate launch.
- OrganizeUTMs and manage naming conventions to ensure consistency across paid mediaasset libraries for all campaigns.
- Trackcampaign live dates, monitor spend pacing, and upscale any irregularitiesto the Paid Media Manager.
- Reviewweekly and monthly paid media performance data for internal dashboards andreports.
- Aggregatemetrics across platforms (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) to supporttrend analysis and reporting cycles.
- Helpprepare presentations for campaign recaps and optimization discussions.
- Coordinatecreative reviews and approvals for campaign deliverables.
- Assistin aligning paid and SEO content with larger marketing initiatives,ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Supportproject timelines, meeting recaps, and documentation for marketinginitiatives, ensuring organized workflows across teams.
- 1-2years of experience (internships or entry-level roles) in digitalmarketing, paid media, or SEO preferred.
- Familiaritywith platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google SearchConsole, or SEMrush is a plus.
- Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines.
- Detail-orientedwith experience in data entry, reporting, or campaign QA.
- Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortablewith spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and presentation tools (GoogleSlides/PowerPoint).
- Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldpreferred.
