Looking for a sharp, proactive PA & Lifestyle Manager, 8-10 hours a week, to help a busy executive work smarter and not harder, to support a demanding, high-output professional role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels at creating structure, streamlining administration, and managing both professional and personal logistics.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted "external brain," reducing administrative friction and implementing systems that improve efficiency, clarity, and day-to-day flow. Experience supporting individuals with ADHD or a strong understanding of productivity will be highly advantageous.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Lifestyle Systems:
Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for billing, home administration, scheduling, and ongoing maintenance.
Digital Organisation & Prioritisation:
Managing inboxes, files, calendars, and task flows to ensure urgent and high-impact items are clearly prioritised.
Supporting the upkeep of a low-stress, high-functioning home and work environment.
Logistics & Research:
Coordinating travel, bookings, appointments, and conducting research to support informed decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Building Efficiency: Setting up systems for bills, home maintenance, and life admin.
- The "Clarity" Filter: Organising the client's digital world so he only sees what's urgent.
- Environment Management: Keeping his home/workspace a low-stress, high-productivity zone.
- Logistics: Handling the "mental load" of travel, bookings, and research.
- You are naturally organised and love creating order out of chaos.
- Live in or near Sea Point for easy in-person check-ins.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate needs.
- Understanding of ADHD support strategies or experience working with neurodivergent individuals (helping with focus, prioritization, and systems).
- Pro-active.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- An understanding of the travel industry is an advantage.
- Personal admin experience.
- Experience with bookkeeping and invoices is an advantage.
