Your Role- Create exceptional cocktails with precision and flair
- Deliver engaging, world-class guest service
- Maintain premium bar standards, hygiene, and stock control
- Recommend signature drinks and elevate the guest experience
- Work seamlessly with a high-performing hospitality team
- This is a live-out role based in Cape Town.
- 1-3 years' experience in luxury bars, hotels, or high-end restaurants
- Strong mixology knowledge (classic & contemporary cocktails)
- Confident, charismatic, and guest-focused personality
- Excellent communication and upselling skills
