Job Description
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential customers, promote relevant products and services, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Canadian market
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using approved sales techniques
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
- Accurately capture customer interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a high level of product and campaign knowledge
- Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience at all times
- Adhere to compliance, quality, and operational standards
- Fluency in French (C1-C2 level, spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Proven B2B outbound sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
- Ability to work in a structured, performance-based environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Contact centre or BPO experience
