Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational design initiatives, structures, roles and operating models that support the growth strategy.
- Drive performance management frameworks.
- Champion culture, identifying gaps, running diagnostics, and implementing meaningful interventions.
- Lead and support change management efforts the business.
- Partner with senior leadership to build capability and succession pipelines.
- Translate strategy into practical, people-centred programs.
- 5-10 years relevant experience.
- Relevant HR or Industrial Psychology Degree (Advantageous to be a registered Industrial Psychologist).
- Strong knowledge and experience with organisational design, performance management, culture and change manegement.
