Job Description
Job Title: Operations & Sales Support Co-ordinator Location: Mt Edgecombe
Reports To: Operations Director Purpose
Reports To: Operations Director Purpose
Provide day-to-day support with production planning, order processing, admin, and basic internal sales support. Ensure accurate data, smooth communication, and reliable customer updates.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and update customer orders and quotes.
- Assist with daily and weekly production planning.
- Update schedules and changes in Pastel/ERP.
- Provide customers with order status and delivery updates.
- Prepare basic reports (open order book, pipeline, production plan).
- Maintain accurate documentation and support SHEQ admin.
- Communicate planning changes to Production, Procurement, and Dispatch.
- Matric; admin or operations certificate/diploma beneficial.
- 2-4 years admin, customer service, or planning support experience in manufacturing.
- Strong Excel and data-capturing accuracy.
- Experience with Pastel/ERP beneficial.
- Good communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Daily order capturing accuracy.
- Updated planning and order book reports.
- On time customer communication.
- ERP/Pastel data accuracy.
