Job Description
Optimi has an opportunity available for a motivated individual to join the team as an online tutor. The ideal candidate should be a good role model for students and aim to inspire and reinforce study skills.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- Experience in tutoring at the university
- Online presentation
- English: fluent (written and verbal).
- An above-average mark for qualification
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp
- Assisting students in understanding difficult modules and concepts.
- Assessing and improving students' current learning processes.
- Reviewing past papers and assignments and answering questions students may have on the topic.
- Supporting students throughout their academic year.
- Developing lesson plans.
- Identifying students' specific needs during sessions.
- Tracking student progress.
- Providing Tuta-Me feedback on all sessions.
