Job Description

Optimi has an opportunity available for a motivated individual to join the team as an online tutor. The ideal candidate should be a good role model for students and aim to inspire and reinforce study skills.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  • Experience in tutoring at the university
  • Online presentation
  • English: fluent (written and verbal).
  • An above-average mark for qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp
DUTIES
  • Assisting students in understanding difficult modules and concepts.
  • Assessing and improving students' current learning processes.
  • Reviewing past papers and assignments and answering questions students may have on the topic.
  • Supporting students throughout their academic year.
  • Developing lesson plans.
  • Identifying students' specific needs during sessions.
  • Tracking student progress.
  • Providing Tuta-Me feedback on all sessions.

The position is hybrid.
