  • Independent Contractor Agreement (remote)

What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using our structured methodology and provide lesson plans
  • Inspire learners from diverse backgrounds worldwide
  • Create a professional, positive online classroom environment
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
What You'll Need
  • A completed matric certificate is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 120 hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
  • Minimum 6 months teaching experience (online preferred)
  • Excellent English (neutral accent, strong communication skills)
  • Confidence with Zoom and digital tools
Tech Requirements
  • Laptop/PC: Quad Core Ryzen5, i5, M1 or higher, 8GB RAM
  • Fiber internet: 25 Mbps (LAN cable only)
  • UPS backup: 4-5 hours + mini UPS for router
  • Noise cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet workspace
