- A bachelor's degree is a plus
- 120 hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
- Minimum 6 months teaching experience (online preferred)
- Excellent English (neutral accent, strong communication skills)
- Confidence with Zoom and digital tools
- Laptop/PC: Quad Core Ryzen5, i5, M1 or higher, 8GB RAM
- Fiber internet: 25 Mbps (LAN cable only)
- UPS backup: 4-5 hours + mini UPS for router
- Noise cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet workspace
