Job Description Responsibilities: Perform setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank. Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate Paynow, SGQR, API, etc) Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations More senior candidates will manage a team of staff Prepare statistics and reports Other responsibilities as delegated by SupervisorRequirements: Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in banking operations Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, PayNow, SGQR etc is an advantage Candidates shall be self starter, fast learner, committed Strong leadership and supervisory skills Able to work independently and a team player. Able to adapt to new technology / systems Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
